What arrives
Tubs and vanities arrive strapped to a pallet in a wooden crate. Drain and overflow kits ship in the box. No filler is included. The crate footprint is larger than the piece; plan the path from the curb before delivery day.
Delivery and returns
Crated freight, $200. Liftgate to the curb in the lower 48. Returns within 30 days, uninstalled and in the original packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee; outbound freight is not refunded. Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
Warranty
Empava 3-year limited warranty. Covers warranted parts for the original purchaser, for everyday home use in the continental United States, from the date of purchase.
Covered parts include the drain and overflow, drain and overflow covers, feet and pillow.
Not covered: damage from improper installation, misuse, commercial use, unauthorized repairs or abrasive and corrosive cleaners, freight damage not noted at delivery, and the cost of removal, installation or service calls.
